One of our favorite restaurants in Chelsea was ‘the Viceroy’, subsequently it has been through a number of incarnations under other names and owners.
On this winters day after trudging through the snow, brunch was a welcome way to warm up, while this Vespa parked outside in the snow was unlikely to be used for a while!
